flashed 4.4.4 factory image on Nexus 7 2012 3G - no OTA available

I flashed the 4.4.4 factory image onto my Nexus 7 2012 3G.



What I find weird is that now no OTA to Lollipop is offered to me anymore. Does anyone know whtat the reason might be?
