[Q] Xperia TX Battery Problem

Dear all, I would like to ask, why my phone battery always drop to 0% suddenly when it was about 40% or 30% few seconds before?

I'm currently using CM11 ROM and I have tried to calibrate the battery but it is not working.

Is that possible that the problem is comes from my physical battery but not my ROM?
