[Q] not registered on network problem on galaxy note 4 t mobile

hellow my friends, i have a galaxy note 4 t mobile I've had it for almost 2 months and just recently starting getting not registered on network even dough my sim card is inside the phone. i have looked all over the internet for a solution but most of them are for other phones and not specifically for the note 4 , plz help :) thx in advance
