how to prevent shipping labels from printing too small?

when I try to create a USPS shipping label from my android device, the label seems to print out too small. Is there a way that I can control the print out so that it prints normal size? I experienced this problem of small printed labels on both my samsung galaxy note 8 and my samsung galaxy note 3. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
